This is the mannequin I use in my own art for imagined figures, and it's based around spheres. It prioritizes rotations, foreshortening, natural rounded forms, and gesture.

In terms of workflow, Hol's Human is optimized for automatic drawings that lean on rapid sketching and pareidolia. The many overlapping lines and inherently ambiguous nature of the sphere allow you to "find" poses you may not have consciously planned for.

I've shared it on other platforms before but have made some updates clarifying the details recently, and I want to archive it in its entirety(ish) as something others can reference and get inspiration from.

To keep things easy to navigate, I'll probably separate out the parts and use this thread as more of a hub that introduces the general concepts, demonstrates my workflow, and links out to other threads that focus in on the details.
